You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Publish or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, malicious, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with system integrity, service stability, or security controls through automation abuse, exploitation, or unauthorized traffic generation.
  • Commit advertising fraud, including fake clicks, device simulation, or artificial install and interaction schemes.
  • Collect or process personal information of other users for unauthorized purposes.

We may suspend or terminate violating accounts and report serious violations to competent authorities.

5. Advertising and Monetization Terms

Some Services may include third-party advertising to support free or reduced-cost access.

  • Advertising content may be provided by partners such as Google AdMob and other networks.
  • You may control ad personalization settings via platform privacy controls where available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for relevant Services in the six months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your local jurisdiction.
  • Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
  • If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the Company's registered location in Shiyan, Hubei.

9. Age Restrictions

The Services are intended for users who meet the legal minimum age in their jurisdiction. In general, users must be at least 13 years old (COPPA context) or 14 years old in contexts requiring enhanced minor protection under applicable law.

  • If you are below the applicable age threshold, do not use the Services or submit personal information without valid guardian authorization.
